A fund raiser for the Sandbox Children’s Museum, an interactive learning center, will take place from 7:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. at the Westin Resort on Hilton Head Island. Hilton Head’s triangle of bars, including One Hot Mama’s, the Lodge and the Brew Pub, on the south end off Greenwood Drive will be open until 2 a.m. One Hot Mama’s will have a Jägermeister toast and a balloon drop at midnight.

Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort will have a New Year’s Eve Gala buffet from 7:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. that includes a seafood raw bar, prime rib, chicken, pork and fish, as well as a pasta station and specialty desserts. Additionally, there will be an unlimited open bar, champagne toast at midnight, balloon drop, party favors and live entertainment with Motion. The cost is $125 per person.
