Autumn is one of the best times to visit Hilton Head Island. Nearly all of the seasonal establishments are still open for business, the bulk of the crowds are gone and the tell-tale summer traffic is to a minimum. A cool day may show up on occasion, with thermostats reading in the high 60’s. But, for the most part, warm temperatures linger on and off with the promise of days at the beach and nights at the pool.
